Please note that due to the nature of our collection — including limited edition, small-batch designs — we do not offer cancellations once an order has been placed, and returns for refund are not available. Exchanges are allowed only in cases of size issues or defects.
Customized, altered, or sale items cannot be exchanged.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Please provide photos of the damage to expedite the process.
